Ca'reus The Portal Seeker A map I make, and portals find; An image burned upon my mind Of swirling colors, flowing ways. In search of them I spend my days. Mountains high, dungeons deep, Cities, forests, deserts, keeps, A portal leads me to them all. Then search I must, and heed the call. The wond'rous portals which I learn Shall in my mind and logbook burn A testament to quicker travel. I seek this mystery to unravel. |

The portals and the space beyond Darkness abounds in portal space, yet a wind draws you on to your destination. The warm day suddenly gives way to the coldness of space. The rough vertigo of the portal becomes a smooth, infinite tunnel. The portal does not discriminate between life and death, for in life one passes through, but upon returning to the dust of death one finds himself in the same space. The portal turns and rages as the storm cloud and brings the smell of rain. | |
